These Terms and Conditions of Use have been prepared for the purpose of informing relevant persons about the terms of use of the website with the domain name https://myth-ai.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), operated by Myth Yapay Zeka ve Tekstil Anonim Şirketi (hereinafter referred to as “Myth AI”), and to determine their rights and obligations. These Terms and Conditions of Use apply to all individuals who have or do not have a membership on the Website and who either shop through the Website or solely visit the Website (hereinafter referred to as the “Users”). Accordingly, every User who visits the Website shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions of Use.
The Terms and Conditions of Use apply independently of other terms, policies, and agreements provided on the Website. In this regard, the terms, policies, and agreements presented to Users in relation to their transactions on the Website, including but not limited to creating an account and purchasing products and/or services, shall not affect the validity of these Terms and Conditions of Use, and Users shall be subject to the provisions set forth herein under all circumstances.
Basic Terms
- All intellectual and industrial property rights over visuals, texts, graphics, videos, and all other kinds of content and audio available on the Website, as well as any trademarks, logos, and product names displayed on the Website, exclusively belong to Myth AI and are legally protected. Users may not copy, reproduce, process, share (whether in public or non-public areas), modify, or use for commercial purposes any elements subject to intellectual or industrial property rights without the prior written consent of Myth AI.

- Framing or using framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) belonging to Myth AI without its consent,
- Using any meta tags or hidden text containing Myth AI’s trade name, trademarks, or products without the explicit written consent of Myth AI,
- Performing deep linking to the Website without the express written consent of Myth AI,
- Creating and/or using fake accounts on the Website,
- Placing unreasonable or disproportionately large loads on the Website or its infrastructure.
- Myth AI shall not be liable for deletion, loss, delay, virus or cyber-attack exposure, communication errors, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access, alteration, or use of data arising from Users’ transactions or communications carried out on the Website.
- By accepting these Terms and Conditions of Use, Users acknowledge, declare, and undertake that their mobile device meets the minimum technical requirements necessary to use the services they wish to benefit from, and that Myth AI shall not be liable for any inability to use the services due to devices or technical hardware that do not meet such criteria, and that they shall not make any claims against Myth AI in this regard.
Protection of Personal Data
The principles regarding the confidentiality of information shared on the Website and the processing of Users’ personal data are set forth in the Privacy Notice.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
In the implementation and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions of Use, and in the management of legal relations arising under these provisions, Turkish Law shall apply. For any disputes arising from the implementation of these Terms and Conditions, the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
Amendments and Enforcement
Myth AI may, at any time and without prior notice to Users, amend these Terms and Conditions of Use unilaterally due to technical requirements or for compliance with legislation. When Myth AI amends the Terms and Conditions of Use, Users may access the revised version through the Website. Changes related to services offered on the Website shall be announced to Users in the relevant section where the service is provided, and Users’ explicit approval may be requested where required by law. The amendments shall enter into force as of their publication on the Website, and Users are always obliged to comply with the most current terms.
We hereby bring to your attention that Myth AI may initiate legal action before competent and authorized judicial authorities against Users who violate the Terms and Conditions of Use, depending on the nature and extent of the violation.
